Protecting wildlife is an extremely important aspect of the world in which we live today. As humans strive to find more natural resources, they often overlook some of the harmful effects of that come with their search. Not only have many of our natural resources been used, but we have harvested them in such a way that destroys some of the natural life that exists and grows on our planet. As we continue to tear down trees and dam rivers, we misplace the animals that naturally exist and live in those areas. Not only have these animals been misplaced, but they have often been overhunted due to a lack of information regarding the species. For example, bison were almost wiped out of existence due to our need to expand our boundaries.
John Church JMI, former JMI executive, understands the importance of defending the Earth’s wildlife. As we use the Earth’s natural resources, we must do it with respect to the animals that have been living and evolving here long before humans.
